Food Options

We serve a mix of Asian and Western menus, freshly prepared by our on-board chef. We can cater for most dietary requirements and, with advance notice, will aim to source any preferred items.  We strive to keep our food miles as low as possible – beef is sourced from Australia, smoked salmon from Tasmania and fruit and vegetables locally. We apologise if the full selection is not available as local supply can be erratic
